Security Deposit: Euro 3.000. Access to the Villa may be refused if security deposit is not paid in full.

PRE-PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Pre-payment:
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
Remaining Balance: The remaining balance should be settled at least 6 weeks prior arrival.
Cancellation:
In case of cancellation the prepayment is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation within 6 weeks prior arrival, No-show or earlier departure, the total reservation will be charged.
