Villa Policy
Only those pax stipulated on the booking confirmation may use the property. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum number indicated in the booking
form. Should the key holder find more persons than those stated, he will be entitled to ask the clients to vacate the property.
INSURANCE
It is a condition of booking that your party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance including coverage against trip cancellation and against personal injury. The appropriate coverage should be purchased at the time of the booking. Please contact your travel agent, travel consultant or insurance broker about this. Your signature on the booking form confirms that you are covered by such insurance.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
Arrivals and departures are agreed differently at the time of booking. Check-in time is after 3pm. Checkout time is 11am. In case of flight delays or inconvenience while travelling, clients should contact us at the earliest. We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts unless confirmed by us in advance. For check-in and/or checkout assistance before 5am and after midnight, a fee of EUR50 is payable locally.
Due to the size of the property, which is more than 1000m2 and the short time between checkout and check-in, there might be delays regarding the housekeeping services.
DAMAGE FEES
You consent and submit that for all damages (security Mykonos) created by malpractice of the appliances, furniture, interior and exterior property of MYKONOS Luxury Villas & Suites during your stay at MYKONOS Luxury Villas & Suites, the amount of replacing, repairing the damages determined after consulting an expert, is charged on the card given upon reserving your stay with MYKONOS Luxury Villas & Suites without the need of consent or prior notice. Other payment methods such as bank transfer will be acceptable only after consent of MYKONOS Luxury Villas & Suites.”
